Results from FFT-Impedance Spectroscopy

During a damped current oscillation at the marked points Fast Fourier Transformation Impedance Measurements have been perforemed:

Typical results fot the impedance spectra are shown in the following plots:

Analyzing this data by drawing them as a Nyquist-plot

Fig. 12

and fitting them to an equivalent circuit we get the series resistance of the electrolyte and the parallel resistance and the capacitance of the oxide layer as a function of the phase of the oscillation

This experimental result we can compare with results of the Monte Carlo simulation of Fig. 8 and again find a very good agreement.
