Siemens Bureacrazy
	At Siemens, when you wanted to publish a paper, you needed permission to do so from the management. That makes a lot of sense in principle. The way it was done in reality, however, was a bureaucratic excess. I can’t resist to give you this example:

		I wonder if the 8 people need to sign this ever looked at this form, not to mention the paper that went with it. Note that I did give the correct “Zweck”=purpose) 1) for wanting to publish this paper - but not necessarily what the management expected.
