JupyterHub

JupyterHub is an electronic lab notebook (ELN) that allows researchers to provide a collaborative and interactive platform for conducting computational research. JupyterHub enables researchers to create and share documents (notebooks) containing live code, equations, visualizations, and explanatory text. By using JupyterHub, researchers can collaborate, iterate on ideas efficiently, reproduce results, and communicate findings effectively. Additionally, JupyterHub promotes transparency and reproducibility in research by allowing users to document their workflow and share it with others, facilitating knowledge exchange and advancing scientific discovery.

Note

The CRC 1461 has chosen to use jupyterHub as a recommended ELN solution for its researchers.
