# C3 Project
Project Title: Dynamic memristive networks based on near-field optics and plasmonic nanostructures
PI’s: Prof. Dr. Martina Gerken, Dr. Alexander Vahl
Researcher(s): Blessing Adejube, Fatemeh Abschari
Dataset Name: Time-series data for Ag-based nanoparticle networks
Dataset Descriptions: The dataset included the raw timeseries data [^1] for:
- Dataset A: The temporal development of percolation during deposition of Ag nanoparticles via nanoparticle beam deposition.
- Dataset B: Consecutive time series measurements for determination of collective switching activity and avalanche dynamics.
- Dataset C: Threshold behaviour of the onset of resistive switching at a given voltage threshold.
Methodology: Fabrication of Ag-based nanoparticle network sample on planar Si/SiO2 wafer surface with Ag/SiOx core shell nanoparticle coverage as base layer, poised at the threshold of electrical percolation. The general fabrication routine and approach towards percolation follows the process path as below
